Ms ET before joining the programme was feeling overwhelmed about her finances. She felt behind financially. She had no retirement savings. She didn’t know how much was coming out of her account monthly. After joining the programme, she grew her finances by 6% in six months. Started saving for retirement and has a sinking fund in place. There were setbacks along the way- with the storm in Dallas damaging her house. Thankfully she had insurance, an emergency fund and clarity on what to do next.

About Me

I understand how it feels to wonder where your money goes each month and wake up in the early hours of the morning in a sweat over debts.

Years ago, I was in over £20K student loan debt and leading a pay-check to pay-check lifestyle yet managing to go out to restaurants, travel abroad, and buy new clothes And shoes. I had no plans for retirement or the future.

I had enough of watching my debt grow and the sleepless nights.

>>> I started to educate myself on finance;

>>> to learn a different way of looking at money and develop a growth mindset.

>>> I wanted to know how to gain a professional degree and build wealth without debt.

I became debt-free after seven years of being intentional on becoming debt-free by using my THREE system framework.

Do you know that one in four British adults with a mental health problem has problem debt? Jenkins Ret al. Debt, income, and mental disorder in the general population. Psychological Medicine 2008; 38: 1485-1493.

According to the survey by Student Loan Planner, 1 in 8 single women who owe more than twice their income had suicidal ideation due to student loans.

Stats like this break my heart. That’s why, I have a programme that empowers under 25s and their parents to grow their finances and have a positive money mindset and mental health.

I believe many young people and their parents go through their day worried sick about their financial future. Daily stress and worries about money causes mental health issues- such as anxiety, depression and even suicidal ideations. When young people have a framework to follow [to grow their finances] they are energised and hopeful for their future.

I am energised when a young person or their parents tell me their anxiety has reduced because they have an emergency fund in place or they’ve started working for themselves doing what energised them.

As well as being a financial, entrepreneurial and positive mental health & money mindset coach, I am a certified mental health first aider and a registered pharmacist in the UK. I can spot the early signs and symptoms of mental ill-health and escalate to the appropriate emergency services, if necessary. In a crisis, as a Mental Health First Aider, I am valuable in providing early intervention help for someone who may be developing a mental health issue. My program -the financial growth accelerator is a 12-month program that empowers under 25 years old and their parents to grow their finances and have a positive money mindset.

I live in the UK where I enjoy dancing salsa, taking care of my garden, and investing in people, and in myself. Take time to enjoy today.
